BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) -- The price of a pack of cigarettes will hit almost $10 per pack in Western New York on Thursday when the state's new $1.60 per pack cigarette tax begins. The new prices were already posted on the wall at G & G Sunoco on Niagara Street in Black Rock. "I changed the prices tonight but they won't go into effect until tomorrow," said clerk Sandra Easely.
